A Tribute Post About April's Family Blogging Month

Two months ago in Mrs. Yollis' class we did a family blogging month trying to get family members of all ages to comment. When we were doing that I got some comments from my 92 year old great grandmother! Here is another post I made just about my great grandmother : Meet Bubbe, a 92 year old blogger. I also got a lot of comments from my mom's mom and dad.  Here are the pictures of my great uncle, great grandmother, grandmother and my grandpa. These four are the ones in my family, but I got a comment from my friend Ian in New York, and he was saying the Red Sox stink. I thought he was completely wrong so I wrote him back and said last year the Yankees were twenty times worse than the Red Sox (You may remember the Red Sox won the World Series last year).

Sports Post

In my last post I talked about how I played basketball, but didn't give much detail about it. That is why I am writing this post.

I play two sports, but I am good at five. I play baseball and basketball, and I used to play soccer. I am good at football, hockey, and soccer, as well as baseball and basketball. My mom says I can't play hockey because I'll get hurt, and she says the same thing about football. In baseball my main position is first base, but I can also be found catching or pitching. On the other hand my main position in basketball is center (because of my hight) but I can also be found at a guard position.

I was only five years old in this picture so I was probably watching, hoping he did not pass to me.  That year my team probably would have won the championship, but we did not keep track of wins and losses.

In this picture I am catching a ball while playing first base.  That year I hit five home runs during the season. (They were very cheap homers.  That means that in tougher leagues they would have been caught.)

Hello Everybody

Hi my name is Bryce and I am in third grade with Mrs. Yollis. I am really excited to have my own blog because now I get to blog more than I used to. I can't wait to blog with you! Even some friends that don't live around here get to communicate with me now. My hobbies are sports, typing, reading, and obviously blogging.  My blogging goals are to keep people connected. Sadly right now I have a broken toe to deal with.  I have to wear a cumbersome walking boot for three more weeks!
